		<description>I dunno, it just comes naturally. Like this morning, my fiance&#039;s parents were having a problem with their router getting a DHCP address from their upstream DHCP server. In non-geek terms: they couldn&#039;t connect to the Internet. 

While they were on the phone with Charter technical support I asked her dad, &quot;Do you mind if I try?&quot; and he said he doesn&#039;t mind. I typed some stuff in and the router grabbed an address and they were online, this in 10 seconds after they were on the phone with Charter for 15 minutes. 

I dunno, it just works for me...</description>
